As a business owner, how will hiring Artisan Computer Services benefit my business?
If you run a small to medium sized business, how do you make your technology decisions? Have you (up until now) relied on someone without a technical background, such as a friend, employee, your children, or a sales associate at a store to help you make decisions about your IT plan? Do you feel like you're getting the most out of your computer system, or just the runaround?

That's where we come in. Even if you don't have the resources to keep someone on staff to help you make informed technical decisions, you can rest assured that you will get the most knowledgeable, up-to-date, and cost effective advice from your Artisan consultant.
I need someone to come out ASAP! How long will it take for you to get here?
While we always make every effort to be available for your unexpected needs, our schedule often does not permit this. We do schedule based on need, and in cases of emergency we can often provide services on short notice and outside of our normal operating ours, at a increased rate.

If you foresee a future need, please contact us and schedule an appointment - our services are oriented to keep your computers up and working for you at all times.
How long will it take for you to perform a specific task for me?
In most cases, we can provide a rough estimate of how long it will take to perform a specific task. However, as every situation and set of hardware is different, the actual time used may differ greatly from what is initially estimated. For this reason, we charge only for the amount of time we use, and fully inform you if it looks like we will require more or less time than was originally expected.
Can I buy a computer for you? Do you sell parts?
In almost all cases, we don't sell computers or parts directly. We do recommend and specify computers and associated parts (and where to purchase them), and would love to work with you to help purchase the exact equipment your goals require.

In a very small subset of special cases where a very complex equipment purchase, installation, or assembly is required (such as complex wireless networking or video equipment), we are willing to purchase and configure the equipment to meet your needs.

All purchases are done on a pre-paid basis, after a quote is provided to you for approval. All sales are subject to City of Tucson sales tax.
I don't have the installation disks for some software that I want. Will you install it for me anyway?
We respect licensing agreements of software at Artisan Computer Services, and only install and support properly licensed software.

If you legitimately own a piece of software and are simply having media issues, we may be able to assist you, or be able to contact the software provider on your behalf.
