Apple Introduces its first multi-button mouseWednesday, August 3rd, 12:02AM

Apple just introduced the latest rethinking of the mouse, called Mighty Mouse. The concepts of touch-sensitive surfaces and full 360 degree scrolling capability have never before been found together in one device. As a former Windows user, I have become accustomed to the concept of left and right-clicking. When I switched over to Mac, I longed for the ability to do the same with an official Apple mouse but all Apple mice have been single-button, until today. I have already purchased a Logitech Mx310 mouse, which works very well for me on my Powerbook G4, but the idea of 360 degree scrolling and touch-sensitive buttons lures me toward this new creation from Apple. I’m looking forward to trying one out at the La Encantada Apple Store, but to be quite honest I think I will wait for a Bluetooth model to be released before buying another mouse.
