Our Rates

Our hourly rates vary between $90 and $150/hour, depending on location and type of work

There is an 1 hour minimum charge. After the first hour, time is billed in 1/2 hour increments. The current hourly rates are always listed on our website, and you will be notified if it changes.

There is also a $10/trip charge for the greater metropolitan Tucson area - If you live outside of Tucson, or in an outlying area, please contact us regarding the trip charge, and we'll determine a flat rate for your location.

Services provided away from your location are charged at the standard hourly rate. This includes phone and email support beyond time spent on scheduling and other administrative tasks.

Refer a new individual or business to us.
They complete a paid consultation, and tell us who they were referred by.
You will receive $25 off your next visit.

It's that simple - we keep track of all the details. You may refer as many people as you like, and redeem multiple referral bonuses on one consultation.

Invoicing Options

Our standard method of invoicing is to send a paperless invoice in PDF format to you via email.

If you desire a paper invoice, we can provide one at no additional charge while we are at your location, or for the cost of postage if you would like it to be mailed.

Payment Policy

Payment can be made by check or cash while we are at your location. If you are connected to the internet, you can pay using your credit card via PayPal.

Payment must be received within 10 calendar days of when services are rendered, or is subject to a late fee. Incomplete payments are also subject to this late fee, for the total amount of the invoice.

If a quote for time or parts is given, the entire parts amount and half of the total labor amount is to be paid before services are rendered and parts delivered, and the remaining half of the labor amount paid when work is completed.

Buy Blocks of Time

For customers who want to pre-purchase consulting, we offer the ability to purchase a block of consulting time through Google Checkout. Please Contact Us for more information before purchasing time, especially if you are not an existing customer.
